What “certified” means here
We don’t list a pre-owned phone until it has been through our inspection process. That includes screen quality and touch, battery health, cameras, Face ID / Touch ID, speakers, microphones, charging, buttons, sensors and overall build. If it fails, it doesn’t go on the site.
Cosmetic grade is separate from functional performance. A phone can be “Fair” (more visible wear) and still pass every functional test. We tell you both so you can decide with full information.

We grade & list
Pre-owned devices get an honest condition grade (Excellent / Good / Fair). Product pages show storage, condition and key specs so you can compare without guessing.

We pack & dispatch
Orders leave Durban via Fastway Couriers. Phones are packed properly. You’ll receive tracking so you can follow the parcel on our Track order page or via Fastway.

What is covered
Manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. That includes problems with the display, touch response, battery that fails under normal conditions, cameras, Face ID / Touch ID, speakers, microphones, charging port and similar defects that appear without physical damage.
What is not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, drops, cracks, bent frames, damage from accidents or misuse, or issues caused by unauthorised repairs. We’re fair — we simply can’t cover every possible life event.
How to claim
WhatsApp us on 075 874 4236 with your order details and a short description of the issue. Photos help. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Keep packaging and accessories if you still have them — it speeds things up.
Returns vs warranty
Changed your mind within 10 days? That’s a return (see FAQ). Something stopped working that shouldn’t have? That’s a warranty claim. Different processes — both handled on WhatsApp.

Do you sell certified pre-owned?
Yes. Certified pre-owned devices and certified pre-owned / refurbished phones that pass our 40-point inspection and get a clear condition grade.
What do the condition grades mean?
Grade A = Like New. Grade B = Good (light wear). Grade C = Fair (visible wear, fully functional). See the Refurbished page. Every grade is functionally tested.
Can I request a specific battery health %?
We check battery health as part of inspection. If you need a minimum percentage, tell us on WhatsApp before you buy and we’ll confirm what’s available.

What warranty do I get?
3 months included on every device (certified pre-owned). You can extend to 6 months for R250. Full details on the Warranty page.
How do returns work?
If the phone isn’t the right fit, you can request a return within 10 days of receiving it, provided it’s in the same condition and includes what we sent. WhatsApp us to start the process.
What’s the difference between a return and a warranty claim?
Return = change of mind / not the right fit (10-day window). Warranty = something failed that shouldn’t have under normal use. Different processes; both start on WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take?
We ship from Durban via Fastway. Times vary by city. You’ll get tracking after dispatch. Ask us for an estimate for your area.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your Fastway number, or WhatsApp us and we’ll check status. Tracking is shared once the parcel is handed to the courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paystack is live. PayJustNow is coming soon for more flexible options.
